    Reasons for "No Result"

I received "no result" for Geography in IGCSE because I was unable to sit one of the papers. So I was disqualified completely from that subject. It is highly possible that one of your papers did not make it to CIE. Unfortunately, you'd have to resit the exam.

Don't sweat it. English is a new subject, we had very little resources to go on from the start. Good job!

What grade will I get? (A-Level Mathematics)

Final grade. Whether you get a C or an A in each component does not matter. As long as you meet the 'A' boundary with your components summed up, you will get your A

anyone taking the new english language exam?

Honestly, the length doesn't matter. I read some "candidate response example" from Paper 1, and they were way shorter than most answers, but the person got an A. Pointing out that oyu know what a metaphor is 10 times is quite pointless, to be honest. You should only comment on imagery once...

    AICT notes required

Lol, it's no tlengthy. It talks about the most useless shit, which i just skip. I read the main points and skimmed through the bla bla bla. Also notes may not be useful for everyone, as If you are making notes, you might not want to note every single thing

    A Level English Language (9093) Paper 32

I will be doing Global Language and Child Language Acquisition. Doesn't seem too content packed. I am pretty confident in turns of content. Not sure whether my coherence in writing will be up to par with others'.

    A Level English Language (9093) Paper 32

Indeed, it was not difficult at all. The texts were quite easy.

    AICT AS and A2 v2

Lmao I stand by what I said PDAs are no longer used, they have been eclipsed by modern tablets. In technology, 1 year is incredibly long. Quad core processors have been implemented in 6 i nch tablets, when dual core cpus were among the best ~3-4 years ago. ALSO, the exam was fairly easy...

    AICT AS and A2 v2

Same for me, timezone are different, that's why. Are you taking any other exams?

    AICT AS and A2 v2

I skimmed through chapter 2, i am still pretty confident. Everything I read, i already knew What time is your exam? Mine is at 9, and I have English at 13:00. I can't even stay up a bit late or my performance will be utterly shit during the English exam

    AICT AS and A2 v2

I'm not, it's in chapter two. It says "Remote workers require PDAs" Lolz

    AICT AS and A2 v2

As I read the book, i see how ridiculously outdated it is. Seriously, who still uses PDAs anymore? ^^

    AICT AS and A2 v2

It's kinda lame that you have to repeat both practical and theory, but i guess it is needed to measure the grade threshold
  16. iProcrastinate

    AICT AS and A2 v2

Yeah, i will before I go to bed. It's just ~50 pages with lots of pictures.
  17. iProcrastinate

    AICT AS and A2 v2

I didn't even prepare for my theory. Im pretty sure ill still get an A*, because i did pretty well on both AS and A2 practicals. I still have general theory knowledge, so i won't be giving in a blank paper. Good luck guys

I am repeating my As level.

I wouldn't say hard per se, but it is harder.
  19. iProcrastinate

I am repeating my As level.

A1) You'll be wasting some time, but it's okay, you are still young. Also, OCT/NOV exams are a bit tougher. A2) You are able to do AS and A2 simultaneously. This process is called "taking a complete A-level." I did this very thing this year with AICT, because I did not do very well in Computing...

    Mathematics: P32 harder than P31?

Ah, you're right. Lol this makes me feel a bit better. I wonder why P32 is harder, though. I mean, the grade boundary speaks for itself. It is lower by six whopping points. That's 8 percent of the total paper.
