    for the t-test i chose 6month and 2 years, and 2 years and 6 years, while the reason is that the error bars didn't overlap :)

    for the first question second part i wrote about serial dilution, and for the limitations i wrote that it would be hard to measure the volume of the brown area and that the brown and blue area might mix and something else, were as for the control in second question i wrote use anaerobic...

    the first experiment was alright, but it took me some time, while the other one was okay, i got for the first one 48 bubbles and the second 24 bubbles . But overall was fine
