ATC is a very large exporting company with many offices throughout the world. The top
management know that effective communication is vital in such a large business. Recently the
management held a meeting to consider the ways communication operates in the business.
Discussion focused on the ideas of one-way communication and communication feedback.

ATC has a policy of recruiting staff for the senior jobs from within the business. It is
changing its policy so that external recruitment will be used to recruit senior staff in the
future. Do you think that the change will benefit ATC? Justify your answer
just the points which are to be discussed here will be enough no need for LONG explanation !

Consumer protection laws are laws issued by the governement for the welfare and wellbeing of workers. For example a minimum wage should be paid by all companies to their workers. No discrimination between sex / religion / physical ability (i.e if the person is handicapped)
A loss leader is a product that's sold below the cost price. It's purpose is to attract a lot of customers and maybe contribute to higher sales (which can lead to higher profits)

u just told him about employee laws whereas he asked about consumer protection laws like trade descriptions act, consumer credit act, sale of goods act, weights and measures act, and consumer protection act.

the amount you earned from an operation matches up or is more than the expenditure you used up for it.
the amount earned from a certain expenditure is large enough to justify the original spending
