    How was Physics 42?

I thought there would be no temp increase, because they said something about no thermal energy being lost or gained, and temperature is related to KE,so if there is no increse in KE,there should be no increase in temp.

    Mathematics: Post your doubts here!

The values of mod Z is a line through the origin passing through the centre of the circle. So the greatest and least values of mod z is the length that corresponds to the two points that the line touches the circle with.and since the diameter is four, you know that the greatest mod is four more...

M1 ON 13 MAY ,WHO HAS THE BEST PREPATION,Post your doubts here?

For the first part The question tells you that there is a force of 12 N acting on the block and becuase it's a frictional force,it acts towards the right. So this is the only force acting on the object and you know that F=ma and since a is 0.15 the acceleration -0.8 From this you know that U=3...

    Paper 5 Tips !! :)

Okay The answer to this depends on what values you have on your X and Y axis. If it's mass of carbonate and mass of oxide,Find a point that lies on your line, and fine that value of mass of carbonate and oxide. Then find the moles of oxide. You know that they react in a 2:1 ratio,so using...

    Differential Equations Maths P3 HELP!!

Remember that when there is a change of sign, the root lies inbetween. Plug in values from 1 into the equation, then at x=3 you get a negatvie value and then at x =4 you get a positive value,so this means the root lies between 3 and 4 Hope it helps Btw i'm a girl xP
