    no. actually its c1 c2 m1 s1 etc units that makes ur mathematics subject. i guess statistics is in A2 and mechanics is in AS. when u accomplish these 6 units in ur A levels (AS and A2) then it will be considered as 1 subjects maths by the unis.

    u need to know everything u have studied in ur previous classes...anything can pop up in A2 exams. also for good understanding of A2 topics u need to be familiar with ur AS work

    check george facer and hodder books..they are great for phy. and chem. i wud prefer good notes over books...just a suggestion;)
