Physics Paper 22 Nov 2013! How was it?

How would rate the overall physics paper 22

No it wasn't 20mm a wavelength has a crest and a trough only, so it displaces from equilibrium twice only, hence 80mm / 2 not 4.
if by displacement you mean amplitude , then the amplitube was 20mm . A traveled 80mm in one complete oscillation ( 1 oscillation = max position to min and then back to max position = 4 amplitude)

mean to crest = 1st amp
crest to mean = 2nd amp
mean to tough = 3rd amp
trough to mean = 4th amp

TDT = 4 amps

Well, a wave has only two amplitudes, one that is a crest the other one is a trough. Since displacement from equilibrium is a vector quantity there returning back to the equilibrium position wnt be counted as displacement. Hence it is 40 mm :p even if it's 20 mm Sirf 1 marks ka tha, chillax dude. :p

u are confusing displacement with distance traveled. anyways u r right , it was only worth 1 mark :D
