    How was Biology /12 ?

They were many difficult questions, but overall I believe it was good. If anybody would like to discuss any especially tricky questions, message me. Probably the GT won't be less than 30.

I've also got Bio tomorrow! Hopefully it'll be a very good finish, inshAllah.

Yup. It was good, wasn't it? Though I've done 3 wrong for sure, lol.

    Nope. Not that I remember.

No problem. Did you do today's Chemistry paper?

Well, would you mind telling me why you'd squared the velocity for the air hitting the wall question?

GPP=23000. Calculate the energy taken in by the second trophic level and subtract the 10500 from it. Then find out what percentage of the GPP your answer is.

I'm not sure of the questions which I might have gotten wrong. If the person above who posted 'confirmed answers' is correct, then I've got 2 wrong so far. Apart from that, I dunno. Do you remember what you got for the moments question? I got 0.29 N, which was C.

I too followed the line, and got A for my answer (don't remember the number). Yes, the question said 'unusual scale'. Dunno what they were trying to imply but that.

Yeah, that one. How'd you get 400 for it?
  13. h4rriet

    Physics /12 Discussion!

Might I ask why you've squared the speed?

    How'd you get 400?!?!???

    Physics /12 Discussion!

    I chose A.

A level Biology: Post your doubts here!

    1. Option A is unnecessary because the xylem is measured in millimetres, not micrometres. Option 2 is unnecessary too because 4 tells you that the eyepiece graticule is already calibrated. 4. All you have to do is cross multiply. If 1.5x(10^1) micrometers = 1 cell, then 1x(10^-4) micrometres...

    Which graph?

The speed changes since the K.E. changes, so the momentum changes too.

    Physics /12 Discussion!

Don't remember. I believe air resistance was neglected.

I chose relative speeds of approach = relative speeds of separation.
