    I believe that option is about how you will receive the score. And if I remember correctly, the option isn't about whether to receive it online or by mail, but rather if you want a paper copy in addition to the online report. I don't know about IBA, but LUMS does not require you to send scores...

    There would be an option to indicate that your school is not on the list. I think the option shows up after you run the search twice.

    SAT scores are not the only criteria for admission. You are not guaranteed admission even if you have perfect scores.

    SAT I > 2200. SAT II > 2300. This is for the good colleges though. If you are an otherwise brilliant student or not applying for any financial aid, you can get in with lower scores than these.
