Shouldn't it be B?

I mean there are 38000 rRNA molecules.
According to given information, both the subunits contain equal amounts of rRNA.
So if one ribosome contains 2 rRNA, then 19000 will contain 38000 rRNA molecules.

So I think it should be B.
