Wrong date of birth on my O level certificate. Please help me :(

What can I do know.What if university rejected me. It written on my statement of result. What if i said to university that i lost my statement of result. By the way, I had successfully made my IBCC certificate. I had done my A level. Please it tense me that they reject me. Please anyone help and guide me.
