I heard that there will be no scaling this time. So I think 80% will be an A which is around 64/80.

How did you come to know about this? I don't think they would take 64/80 constant b'cuz they would have made some announcement b4 doing so- i mean, compared to about an average of 55/80 for A* from recent years, a rise to 64/80 would be more than inconvenient...
