What is the difference between IGCSE Physics Core and Extended?

What is the Difference between IGCSE Physics Core 0625 and Physics Extended 0625 ? And what is more preferable for Pakistan as well as For future Fields like Engineering and Pre-Medical?

IGCSE core syllabus is for weak candidates, it's extremely easy so awarded up to grade C at most. The Extended syllabus is for high scoring students and awarded up to an A* (regular grading), this syllabus lies exactly at the same level where O Levels does (difficulty level is higher than the core syllabus). You should definitely prefer studying the Extended syllabus if you want your future to be safe (like you asked).
