So basically my teacher is absolutely useless and didn't teach us properly and I'm failing

My ICT exam is coming up in 3 weeks and I really need help. Could you guys please recommend me any good sites for ICT and theory notes that are available on the internet. I want them to be EDEXCEL, if not I wouldn't mind if it's CIE or even GCSE ICT. And thanx in advance :)
