Urgent Help Please (Subjects, Commerce?)

I need help regarding my choice of subjects. Can one take Commerce as a subject without neglecting the major science, maths, english and urdu subjects? How long would it take to prepare for Commerce? What does the subject mainly require? Would these subjects be easily manageable together? I need help urgently. Please answer all my questions...

Commerce is considered as the most easiest subject in O levels...Yes you can easily manage ur major subjects along with this..And yea it wud require a maximum of 2-3 months time....Not more than that

I am sorry to say but tat won't be possible without a professional tutor.
