Urdu... Needed to study in pak?

AOA guys
Im currently in 11C now and since ive started o levels, ive never even touched urdu. Some of my friends told me tht in order to get into universities in pak i'll need the equivalence certificate and i wont get that without urdu. Is tht true?
Can anyone please guide me? Can i get the same equivalence with urdu B?
Im very poor in urdu btw.

i dont know abt whether u can equivalency without urdu but i do know that if u give URDU B or even A u will easily get it !

I'm not quite sure, so don't take my word for it
But I think they prefer Urdu A to B

I have already given Pak St n Isl. Urdu's bothering me. I just wanna know if Urdu B will do for the equivalence or not or are there many universities(Medical n engineering) which directly accept O levels and A levels results.
