Tips to self study AICT

Hey folks there, I am giving three subjects phy,chem,bio in may/june 2012 and Maths in Oct/Nov 2012. What I was thinking is to study myself, without any tutor for AICT . My school is allowing me to this registration on OCT/NOV but i seriously need someone's suggestion on this, before I proceed studying.

Please give me any resource that would help me in self studying AICT. And ONE last thing the, AICT book is not available in my country so can anyone please upload or give me the link of downloading this book for free.
