University of Malaya has a pretty good reputation as a Uni.
It is one of the top 200 universities in the world.

Malaysia is a very good choice to do your further studies!! 
Sunway University College,University of Monash then um... Taylor's University! These are just awesome!
I'm not sure if you've got engineering in these universities but they are reaally good as I know!!
