Should I give Urdu B in the Winter Session 2013?

Ok, So I plan to go to the medical side and that is going to be pursued in Pakistan. ( At least for now ). I have got the following O Levels result:

English A*
Urdu B
Maths A*
Biology A*
Chemistry A*
Physics A*
Pak. Studies A*
Islamiat A
Add. Maths A

So, an idea came up in my mind to give Urdu B as that would mean I can get a good chance of increasing 10 marks when the equivalency would be done...
What are your views? Oh and can anyone guide me to how I can appear for Urdu B privately??
