scoring high marks in sat 2 biology

ok, sorry for posting this thread here.. but no one answers if i post in the sat forum

anyway, so I'm doing A level biology at the moment... and i need to give a sat 2 exam as well...
i need a score of 650 or above. I did a practice test and got 580...
How can i improve my score? And what topics are different from AS biology?
please help! it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
