SAT or ECAT !!

I need help regarding SAT and ECAT. If i wana stay here in pakistan, should i go for ECAT and SAT both? or focus mainly on ECAT?? Which one is a better option? and last question, how many of Pakistani universitites Consider SAT I or SAT II ??

Focus on ECAT.
Private colleges, mainly.
