SATs are standardized tests held by college board USA. You can find further details on the college board website. You can create your free college board account which you can use to register for SATs and order score reports and send them to colleges & universities as well search for Colleges in the US. Each country have different centers that held these tests, you can also find that in college board website or while you are registering for the test.
