Having a rotational symmetry of order 2 means that while rotating the diagram in a clockwise of 360 degrees (or anti clockwise for it matters :p ),
you should get the starting image twice.
In this question the diagram is basically lyk this
http://oi49.tinypic.com/2yzj448.jpg
so you gotta shade 2 squares such that when you rotate the square 360 degrees you get the exact starting image twice
so it shld be lyk that
http://oi48.tinypic.com/2crneky.jpg
after a rotation of 180degrees, you will get the first similar image, and after 360 degrees you get the second one
Hope it helped ;) ;)

I'm pretty sure theres no formula for such questions... You better just try your best to understand the question and scenario... its not that hard once you get it

No links! Sorry bro :/ but it would be best to practice the chapter from the chapter's exercises from your book. that would just about do it... Don't worry about this one part of the syllabus, it would hardly weigh about 2 marks

just keep rotating the image till you get the one yu had in the start. then just write down the number of times u rotated nd gott the figure. As in if yu rotate it twice your getting the original figure :) This MAY help.
