regional distinctions

hey can any1 tell me y arent their regional distinctionx in quetta?it reaally sucks :sorry:

The reason behind this is simply the less number of students registering for CIE exams in Quetta. But if someone is exceptional, he can get a regional distinction as part of the Karachi region most probably. CIE has chosen three major cities in Pakistan, that doesn't mean rest of the areas are neglected but they come directly under Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad.
