Well, the answer should be C cuz for the Vt to be higher, the voltage across its resistor should be higher, and thus the resistance in that resistor will be higher, making the resistance of thermistor low, so temperature will be high. As for Vl to be higher, the resistance across its resistor should be higher, thus the light level should be low...I don't know whether my answer is right or wrong - i hope you'll understand my explanation. xD

ahaan, i was getting the opposite answer cuz i didnt read that it says vT and vL are high.
