hello, i do not learn igcse phy chem bio. But is it possible for me to self study a level phy chem bio?

It depends on you. A self motivated person can do everything but you need to have basic understanding of that subjects and then focus on them. Some topics are easy to understand while some others needs more explanation and you may need a teacher.
Why aren't you intending to take O Level instead of A level? I think you can try O level.
