Concerning tomorrows exam , in the summary part , are we allowed to add any additional ideas from our own ?
Because sometime 250 wprds for summarizing the two articles is not enough ?
What did your arabic teacher has told you ?

that is absolutely not allowed!!
never write anything that is not in the article
write as many points as possible
but make sure that you write it in your own words

Yeah try to be on the safer side and never take risks.. Moreover, our teacher said that CIE are really strict about this so use all the ideas you can but they should be within the articles ! Best of luck to all Arabic first language students, May the force be with you all !

I know these tips:
1- قراءة الموضوع بتركيز مع استخراج الافكار المهمة لاستخدامها في التلخيص
2-مجموع الافكار من النصين يجب ان لا يكون اقل من 20 فكرة
3-استخدام كلماتك الخاصة في التلخيص و الاجابة عن الاسئلة
الالتزام بعدد الكلمات4-
5-الالتزام بعلامات الترقيم

و بالتوفيق للجميغ

in the tal5ees.. do i actually have to write down the points separately then write the summary?

Nooo you should only write the summary, you write the points for quick reference, it doesnt carry any marks
