OMG? Candidates can not give exams through school and privately in one session.

Well why not? I have already filled the form for Add-Maths (Private) and from school i m giving rest of my science subjects, I even told this to British Council to arrange my examination centre in 1 place and they were like, yes after we recieve your payement we will inform you about your centre.

You can give exams privately and from school in the same session but you can't register from two (or more schools) for CIE papers in the same session.

salman pak rocks comment sums it up....there is no such thing as not being able to appear as private and school candidate....its just what school wants you to think because bad grades in extras ruin their reputation...if you still have doubt,email your query to british council and they will give the same response
