Are you talking about A-levels scholarship? If you take them this November the results will be out in January and till then you would've done half of your AS already but if you have to start AS next year then definitely they will be considered.

yeah well i m gonna repeat 1 sub this nov..still hav 1 complete olevel year 2 go. will start A levels nxt year.
