Need information about syllabus update in 2016

Aoa, i want to improve my A Levels. I gave composite A Levels in June 2015 and was not able to score good grades, my subjects were Phy Math Chem. My grades were DDC. I want to improve them by giving them in Oct/2016, as very less time is left for regular entry. please help me about updated syllabus of phy chem and maths. I am thinking to give chemistry AS+A2 and math phy only AS then in June 2017 i will give math phy A2. Help me i am very worried.

i didn't take math so i don't know much about that but for chem.. read each and every syllabus pointer in the updated syllabus for 2016 and make notes accordingly.

For physics you need a lot of practice so do as many past papers as you can. I also suggest you study from the AS/A level Physics book by Chris Mee.
