Need help! IGCSE ESL 0510 Speaking test

Hi !
I am giving IGCSE ESL in May/June 2014. I was told by everyone that the topics for speaking test are not given before the exam. You'll just come to know bout them at the time of the exam. But I'v seen many people posting the Topics in XPC from Certain years. How is that so? Is it because the students that have given the exams collect the topics from each other and compile them foh others?
And does somebody have anything useful for the esl speaking 2014?

From where did you got these topics? And are these really comin up in this esl speaking?

These are real topics,i talked to several people who already gave the oral they told and there is a paper which had 10 topics in it like official so from there no scam.
