OK first u gotta take ur coordinates,

which are :

(0,-3) (1.5,0)

now find the gradient using the cordinates:

y2-y1/x2-x1 u will get. : gradient= 2

FOLLOWING THE EQUATION: Y=MX + C

y is the y coordinate
m is the gradiant
x is the x cordinate
c is the y intercept

we know the y intercept which is -3 ( y intercept) is the point where line touches the y axes.

so now can make the equation as follow:

Y=2X - 3
