Belief in Prophets is one of the important articles of faith. It must be borne in mind that different Prophets were sent to multiple nations and their message was basically the same which was the concept of Tauhid. We must not make distinction between them and have utmost respect for them. Actually we come to know how they remained steadfast in their mission despite of the mischief mongers who tried to oppose and ridicule them like for instance Hazrat Isa faced many hardships at the hands of the people of Bani Israel. We could also talk about Hazrat Ibrahim who was obedient towards Allah and was ready to sacrifice his son.We learn lessons from their conduct. Most importantly, the last beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) was sent for the whole of man kind and his life is the interpretation of the Holy Quran therefore he should be followed in every aspects of life.

Believing in the Prophets of Allah (SWT) develops appreciation towards Allah’s mercy and care for his people for sending them those great Messengers to guide them to the straight path and thanking Allah (SWT) for his this greatest favor upon humans. Loving and respecting the Prophets and praising them what they deserve, because they are Allah’s (SWT) messenger and His choice among His people. They worshipped Allah (SWT) according to their best of their ability, conveyed his message to mankind gave sincere advice to the people, and bore patiently whatever hurt they received. The best example for us to follow is our own beloved Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W): “Allah (SWT) and his Angels sent blessing to Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W). O you who believe! Sent blessing on Him and salute Him with all respect” (33:56)
