helppp maths papers November 5th :(

hey im preparing myself for maths paper that im gonne take in the coming week. i have revised all the syllabus and now im just doing past papers. the problem is that in the past papers there are two papers sylybuss code i mean one is 4024/11 and the other 4024/12 like(4024_s11_qp_11.pdf and 4024_s11_qp_12.pdf ) one it says is the other 11 and they have different papers. I dont know which one im gonna take can you plase tell me?? ill be taking the paper in islamabad thanksssss

There are several different regions whose papers are made different. I'm not sure which paper you will be attempting, but the syllabus for both the papers is same so no worries.
