Re: help plz answer question 35 in this bio paper link is be

The answer is B, carbon dioxide and water.

Water evaporates from the dead body after it decays and the carbon compounds burn in the air and evolve as a gas, Carbon dioxide.

The Nitrogen is a product of decomposition but it isn't always directly sent back to the atmosphere as a gas.

Therefore the correct answer is "B"

To support my answer, here is a link to the marking scheme of this paper, which states the answer as B.

That's only possible if the ammonium ions somehow rise to the surface of the soil and change into Ammonia, and then broken down into Hydrogen and Nitrogen. But that rarely happens. So mainly ammonia gas is evolved.
