Help in finishing Bio and Phys courses in one month

please suggest me how i could complete a-level bio and physics courses in one month. i've done it before, but i'd like to do it one more time. i'd highly appreciate it if someone could point me to some notes that i could follow in order to complete these courses. any other tips would be highly appreciated.
