Help Choosing a Subject

I am planning to give an extra subject, you know just maybe to get and extra A/A* Insha Allah! But I have a little trouble deciding!
I am looking for a Maths type subject, you know, where we dont have to memorize, just concept based and calculations etc.... I was thinking of maybe Accounts? Is that a good choice? In accounts do we have to memorize things or no?

Also if I start studying from June, is it possible that I finish the course and appear for the Oct/Nov paper? Or should I just do it next May/June!
