goes a qs about re-sitting in an examination?

Hey guys if we mess up in an examination can we resit for it and attain a better grade? And by doing so will it ruin our grade script... Pls someone i need an urgent reply.. Thanks
If by re-sitting you mean , giving the exam again in the same session , then No , it's not allowed .
But you can , re-appear in a successive session . Like if you think you messed up in an examination in May/June 2012 , you can wait for the result and give the exam again in October/November 2012 or May/June 2013 or so on . But you should wait for your result before registering , you never know the result might surprise you .
