Q. what are special industrial zones ???
and huma naz sethi dusnt quite help !!!!

EPZs are areas where industries are established which manufactre products of export potential.
While Spzs are just like industrial estates but made in areas without facilities provided by govt but dont worry only Industrial Estates and EPz are there in syllabus not SPZ.

EPZ are the zones created by the government to attract investors to set up their industries in pakistan. The main reason for this is to boost export. they provide intensives such as tax holiday, or duty free on import goods to attract the investors.
Q2
Special industrial zones are created by government which doesn't have basic infastructure but government helps the investors in setting up the infastructure and also reduces taxes on the industrialist. Favorable intensives are again given to help attract investors
