A-level: If you want to study abroad, have a stable financial condition and want to be successful the easy way.
F.Sc: If you can't afford A-level or abroad study and are happy with the ratta system and think you can beat the competition in your country and study locally.
There's a lot more to it but i think others would be more helpful.
