I'm zone 4 as well, but all countries in zone 4 start at the exact same moment
meaning UAE has their exams at 1pm, India's east so its 1 30 for them and that time increases. the further the east the country is.
smart, but all I need is a strike on an any day, and the exams will get pushed back
