Question 4 is not about concentration.

The answer to question 4 would be B, as you are trying to obtain a solvent from a solution.

Alright.

The maximum temperature will be produced when all the acid and base react, which means for a complete reaction, 20cm cube of NaOH reacts with 30cm cube of HCl.

Moles of HCl = 2 x 30/1000 = 0.06

Molar ratio of HCl and NaOH s 1:1, so 0.06 moles of HCl react with 0.06 moles of NaOH.

Concentration of NaOH= 0.06/(20/1000) = 3 mol/dm cube.
