If a Zn and Ag cell has an over all reaction equation Zn + 2Ag^+ = ZN^2+ + 2Ag
Is the reverse reaction possible? Like will this be a simple equation or a reversible one?

It seems irreversible to me, unless you force the flow of electrons by using a battery.

Equation shows zinc is used as an electrode, which means it is dissolving in the solution and forming Zn ions. I'm not sure but I think solid zinc can not be formed again from its ions, if the conditions are same. If all the zinc has dissolved and it does not form up again, then the reaction is surely irreversible.
