Well, what I got is really vague, since most of the contents are supplied by cie, and the apparatus' are kinda universal overall. So,
First experiment is on yeast which will require the serial dilution thingy. This will either be along with enzyme/substrate conc vs rate experiment, or inhibitor conc. vs rate experiment. I hope it is the former one. Then for the second test, it MIGHT be a cross section of of a plant or animal organ. My 'bet' is high on leaf lamina c.s or lung/blood vessel c.s. that's all I got from my lab master. And I am so sorry for keeping out people waiting. My Internet bill was due, so I was DCed yesterday, and the day before that, I missed the class as I couldn't get up early for it. Best luck to all of us! :D do study other stuffs as well. It might not be accurate :p

And did I mention I suck at low power plan drawings? http://bioserv.fiu.edu/~biolab/labs/1011/supplemental_materials/Scientific drawnings.pdf

That is is a cool link, but if ANYONE, is generous enough to show me plan drawing a dicot leaf and the c.s of a trachea, please do (T_T)

I think we don't need to show the tracheal gland thingy. Just show the distribution of tissue, worrying about a given cell only makes your head spin.

Joss. I hope it IS a plant, they are comparatively easy. Should I finish the diagram question first? Will it help me manage time better?

Rough sketch on my iPad, it's gonna look more decent on the answer script tomorrow, try to make the contours as accurate as possible and try making the gap representing the ciliates epithelium thinner. http://postimg.org/image/kt6d34wof/

Ps. Did I mention I suck at low plan diagrams? :p

hhh yes... but the link is blocked here in saudi arabia... if u can attach it that will be better ..:D
btw ,, do we have to include hairs if present ? or a cilia also ..?
