Department 1: Human resource department to forecast staff needs for the business, recruit staff, prapare job descriptions and job specifications, planning and implementing staff training programs, interviewing and selecting staff, negotiating with workers representatives such as union leaders, keeping staff records, discipling and warning staff if necessary.
Department 2: Marketing department for market research into exisitng or new makets to identify new marketing opportunities, planning new products, deciding upon the best marketing mix, keeping recotrds of sales of each product.
Department 3: Accounting and finance to record all financial transactions with other firms and individuals, collecting all this data and presenting it in the form of regular accounts, preparing budgets 4 the whole business, analysing profitability of new investment projects, deciding on the most appropriate methods of finance, keeping cntrol of the cash flow
Dpartment 4: production department to order stock of material and other resources, develop and design new products to allow production, locate buildings in the most cost effective area, deciding on production methods and machinery.

I dont really know. I think you can earn marks because we are describing the role of the departments. What work they will do instead of the owner doing it

Just weight the adv and disadvantages
Way what we should say why cause we have already mentioned the adv & disadv while explaing both , then what would be in the recommendation ??
