(c) i

Starch was broken down by amylase to reducing sugars... So when tested with Benedict's solution it showed positive results...

ii.
The reducing sugar molecules diffused out of the tube into water as they are smaller then starch molecules... So it also showed positive result for reducing sugars...

(d)
1. Keep the temperature constant...
2. Keep water level constant...
3. Use a controlled experiment....

Q3 (c)

There were many receptors in the finger tips... That made the student able to distinguish the needles as separate ones even when the distance between them were too small...
