Best uni for chemical engineering

What is currently the best uni in the country for Chemical Engineering?
I have heard that Punjab University is the best followed by UET....
Also I need some help regarding ECAT.. How should I prepare for it and when should I start? I'm in my final year of A level.

From what I've heard (according to GIKI's dean), their chemical engineering is good too. Don't take my word alone for it, though.
F.Sc books are usually preferred. So get your hands on them once you're finished with your A-level.

PU is indeed considered the best for Chemical Engineering and then comes UET. For ECAT you should join an academy when you get some free time, while reading through the FSC books.
