Can anyone help me with these two questions ? Both of them are from 9709_w12_qp_12

9) iii) Why cant you expand (2x+3)^2 first and then integrate the expanded terms. ALso on mark scheme says lower limit of zero can't be igonored, but why ?

11) i) Why Angle CRO is a right angle triangle?

Thx!

I can't find the question you're talking about in the oct/nov 2012 paper. Please check the year or the variant again.

Angle CRO is 90 degrees because it is a rule in circular measure that the angle produced by a tangent touching a circle is always 90
