no p21 is tommorow but these questions are guesses based on the pattern of previous years for example in 2011 mj and oct/nov there were no questions related to the heart while in 2010mj and oct/nov questions related to the heart were present so it a guess that in this session questions related to the heart will be asked similarly other guesses are based on previous years of past papers
