in paper 6 physics in the graph do w have to make the yaxis and x axis staart at zero ?

Not always but sometimes they may say" your axes does not have to start at (0,0)". THEN you can use the axis break to evenly space out your graph.

in physics paper 6 when they tell you to justify your statement from some results given to you or you found, what do we write in our justification?

^ I think you write within or beyond limits of experimental accuracy then you justify it by quoting some of your results.
