advantages and disadvantages of retake

hi friends
i am thinking to give retake of islamiat gce o level paper again as i got an 'e'
can you give me advice that should i do it, or should i not give the retake

and please tell me about the advantages and disadvantages of retake

Hmm..

Benefits:
- You can improve your grade (if you work hard, of course). Will make your O-level results look "cleaner".

Disadvantages:
- It costs a lot of money, time and effort.
- You may mess up your second year of O-level because of focusing on the retake.

I think you should give a retake, though. E is pretty bad and I don't think you'll get into a good college for A-level if they see that grade.

Benefits:

-as said earlier improves grades and you get rid of the other than A grade on the certificate.
-feeling of happiness and joy if grades are improved
-aiming to do more in future and succeed if grades improve

Loss:

-effects on the ongoing studies
-needs time and money
-abit hectic schedule (like mine )

if i were u,i would retake, in oct nov, and appear in the rest of the subjects in may june.
benefits: simple,if u work hard,ull get a better grade
drawbacks: needs money
and if u dont work hard this time,then u get a bad grade again,and that will be wastage of a huge amount of hard earned money
